To read voice chat text with transcript on PS5 console, follow these steps:

Go to Settings.
Select Accessibility.
Select Chat Transcription.
Turn on Enable Chat Transcription.

You can also change the Language and Voice Type for Transcription from the same screen.

Additionally, you can turn on Closed Captions by going to Settings - Accessibility - Closed Captions and turning on Display Closed Captions
