To leave a review on a game on the PS5 store, follow these steps:

Turn on your PS5 console and sign in to your account.
Navigate to the game you want to rate and review.
Click on the game’s icon to open its details page.
Scroll down to the “Ratings and Reviews” section and click on “Rate and Review”.
