What Are Passkeys?
Passkeys are a modern alternative to passwords that use cryptographic keys to authenticate users. Unlike passwords, passkeys are more secure because they are resistant to phishing attacks and don't need to be remembered. They can be used across various websites and apps with biometric authentication (like fingerprints or face recognition) or PINs.

Steps to Set Up Passkeys on Windows 11:
1. Open Settings:
Click the Start button (Windows icon) or press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
2. Go to Accounts:
In Settings, select Accounts from the sidebar.
3. Choose Sign-in Options:
Under the Accounts section, click on Sign-in options.
4. Enable Passkeys:
Scroll down to the Manage how you sign in to your device section.
Look for the option Windows Hello or Passwordless Sign-In (depending on your version of Windows 11).

When visiting a website or using an app that supports passkeys, you will be asked to authenticate using your registered biometric data (fingerprint or facial recognition) or a PIN.
Instead of entering a password, you will use your device’s built-in authentication methods to log in, providing a quicker and more secure experience.
