🔑 Want to control the volume for individual apps or system sounds on your Windows 11 device? The Volume Mixer lets you adjust audio levels for each app separately, giving you control over which sounds are louder or quieter. Here’s how to set it up:

Steps to Access and Use the Volume Mixer in Windows 11:
Open Settings

Click on the Start button, then select Settings, or press Windows + I on your keyboard to quickly open the Settings.
Go to Sound Settings

In the Settings window, click on System, then select Sound in the left-hand menu.
Open Volume Mixer

Scroll down in the Sound settings until you find the Volume Mixer section, and click on it.
Adjust Individual App Volumes

In the Volume Mixer, you’ll see sliders for your main output device and for any open applications that use sound (e.g., a web browser, media player).
Drag the sliders to adjust the volume for each app separately, setting them to your preferred levels.
Change Output Device for Each App (Optional)

You can also change the output device for each app if you have multiple audio devices connected (like speakers, headphones, or external monitors). Click on the dropdown menu next to each app’s volume slider to select a different output device.
Mute or Unmute Apps

To mute an app, click the speaker icon next to the volume slider. To unmute, click the speaker icon again.
