To share PS5 clips to Instagram or TikTok using the PlayStation App, follow these steps:

Set Up the PlayStation App:
Download the PlayStation App (free) from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

Sign in with your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Link your PS5 to the app: On your PS5, go to Settings - Users and Accounts - Linked Services, and follow the prompts to connect.
Enable Auto-Upload:

On your PS5, go to Settings - Captures and Broadcasts - Captures - Auto-Upload.

Turn on Auto-Upload. Ensure your PS5 is in rest mode with Stay Connected to the Internet enabled (Settings -System - Power Saving - Features Available in Rest Mode).

This automatically uploads screenshots and video clips (up to 3 minutes, non-4K) to the PlayStation App’s cloud for 14 days.
Capture Clips on PS5:

Press the Create button (left of the touchpad on the DualSense controller).
Select Save Recent Gameplay to capture the last 30 seconds to 60 minutes (adjust duration in Settings - Captures and Broadcasts - Shortcuts for Create Button).

Alternatively, start a new recording by selecting Record Video and stop it when done.

Access Clips in the PlayStation App:
Open the PlayStation App on your phone.

Go to Library - Captures to view your uploaded clips.
Select the desired clip and tap Download to save it to your phone’s photo library or camera roll.

Share to Instagram or TikTok:

Open the Instagram or TikTok app on your phone.
Create a new post or story, and select the downloaded clip from your phone’s photo library.

Edit the clip as needed (trim, add filters, or text) and post it directly to Instagram or TikTok.
