To turn on the Back and Home buttons (3-button navigation) on a Motorola phone, follow these steps, which apply to most models running Android 10 or later, including Moto G, Edge, and Razr series:

Open Settings:
Swipe up from the home screen to access the Apps tray.
Tap the Settings app (gear icon).
Navigate to System Settings:

Scroll to and select System.
Tap Gestures (or System Navigation on some models).
Enable 3-Button Navigation:

In the System Navigation menu, select 3-button navigation. This enables the traditional navigation bar with three buttons: Back (triangle), Home (circle), and Recent Apps (square).

If Gesture Navigation or One-Button Navigation is active, toggle it off to restore the buttons. For One-Button Nav, open the Moto app, go to Moto Actions - One Button Nav, and turn it off.
