How to Unblock a Profile on your PS5 Pro (Account Settings)
1Steps to Unblock a Profile on PS5 Pro:
Start on the Home Screen:
Turn on your PS5 Pro and ensure you’re logged into your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Go to Settings:
From the home screen, select the Settings icon (the gear in the top-right corner) and press X on your DualSense controller to enter.
Navigate to Users and Accounts:
Scroll down the Settings menu and select Users and Accounts. This section manages your PSN account details.
Access Privacy Settings:
Under Users and Accounts, choose Account from the left-hand menu (it’s typically highlighted by default).
Then, select Privacy from the list on the right.
Manage Blocked Players:
In the Privacy menu, scroll down to View and Customize Your Privacy Settings.
Select Blocked Players (it might be under a category like “Communication and Multiplayer” or listed directly, depending on your current privacy preset).
Find the Profile to Unblock:
You’ll see a list of all PSN profiles you’ve previously blocked. Use the D-pad or left stick to scroll through and find the specific profile you want to unblock. Profiles are listed by their PSN Online ID.
Unblock the Profile:
Highlight the profile you want to unblock and press X.
Select Unblock from the options that appear. You may get a confirmation prompt—choose Yes or OK to proceed.
