If You’re Logged Into the Account You Want to Delete:
Start on the Home Screen:
Turn on your PS5 Pro and ensure you’re logged into the user account you want to remove.
Go to Settings:
From the home screen, select the Settings icon (gear in the top-right corner) and press X on your DualSense controller.
Navigate to Users and Accounts:
Scroll down and select Users and Accounts.
Select Users:
Under Users and Accounts, choose Users from the left-hand menu.
Delete the User:
You’ll see a list of all user profiles on the console. Find the account you’re currently logged into (it’ll be marked as active).
Highlight it, press the Options button on your controller (the small button with three lines next to the touchpad), and select Delete User.
Alternatively, select the user and choose Delete directly if the option appears.
Confirm Deletion:
A prompt will warn that deleting the user removes all associated data (like save files not backed up to the cloud) from the console. Select OK or Yes to confirm.
The console may log you out or restart to complete the process.
