To pause a download on your PS5 Pro and reduce lagging while playing, follow these simple steps:
Access the Control Center: Press the PlayStation button on your DualSense controller. This brings up the Control Center at the bottom of your screen.

Go to Downloads/Uploads: Scroll to the "Downloads/Uploads" icon (it looks like two arrows chasing each other) and select it by pressing the X button. This will show you all active downloads.

Pause the Download: Highlight the download you want to stop, press the Options button on your controller, and select "Pause" from the menu that appears. Alternatively, you can select "Pause All" from the Downloads/Uploads screen if multiple downloads are running.

Resume Later: When you're ready, you can return to the same menu, highlight the paused download, and select "Resume" to continue.
