How to Cancel PS PLUS subscription on PS5 Pro console (Account Settings)

As of February 20, 2025, the process remains consistent with the standard PS5, as the PS5 Pro doesn’t introduce new menu layouts or subscription management features that alter this procedure.
Steps to Cancel PS Plus on PS5 Pro:
Power On Your PS5 Pro:
Turn on your console and ensure you’re logged into the PlayStation Network (PSN) account tied to your PS Plus subscription.
Navigate to Settings:
From the PS5 Pro home screen, locate the gear icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard. This is the Settings menu. Select it by pressing X on your DualSense controller.
Go to Users and Accounts:
Scroll down the Settings menu and select Users and Accounts. This section manages your account details, including subscriptions.
Access Account Settings:
Under Users and Accounts, highlight and select Account from the left-hand menu (it’s typically the default selection).
Select Payment and Subscriptions:
In the Account menu, choose Payment and Subscriptions. This option handles all billing-related settings.
View Subscriptions:
Select Subscriptions from the list. You’ll see a list of all active subscriptions tied to your PSN account, including PS Plus.
Choose PlayStation Plus:
