Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
1. Link Your YouTube Account to Your PSN
This is the most crucial step and you only need to do it once.
On your PS5, go to Settings - Users and Accounts - Link with Other Services.
Select YouTube.
You will be prompted to sign in to your YouTube account (a Google account).
Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection between your PSN account and your YouTube channel.
2. Access Your Media Gallery
Your PS5 automatically saves your video clips and screenshots to the Media Gallery.
From the PS5 home screen, go to the Games home.
Select the Media Gallery icon. It looks like a photo with a play button on it.
Find the video clip you want to upload. You can use the filter options on the left to sort by game or date.
