This is the most convenient way to adjust your headset volume because you don't need to leave your game.
While in a game or on the home screen, press the PS button on your DualSense controller once. This will open the Control Center at the bottom of the screen.
Navigate to the Sound card. It has a speaker icon.
Select the Sound card. This will open a sub-menu with several audio options.
