In this video I explain how to use a classic 8-bit or 16bit, DB-9/DE-9 type of controller, with a handle but no button on the top, known as a Joystick. I've seen many so-called retro game nerds and newbies struggling to use one, and most claim a D-Pad is better! I disagree.
