How WandaVision Explains Andrew Garfield And Tobey Maguire Being In Spider Man No Way Home

With all the Spiderman buzz recently, specifically with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s rumoured appearances in SpiderMan 3 No Way Home, and the inclusion of villains from each of their respective movies reprising their roles in this new SpiderMan film, here’s why I think WandaVision causes the multiverse to rupture to make these things happen in our new Spidey film.

In WandaVision, remember in the post-credits scene when Wanda hears her kids crying out for help? It doesn’t make sense because those kids were killed when the hex collapsed. We see Wanda rushing off to save them and then it cuts to black. The only other versions of her kids that could exist are alternate universe versions. What if even that isn’t the case? What if Wanda initially had plucked the kids from another universe and plopped them out into our dimension? Now, they are in trouble in their other dimension. That means, after the WandaVision post-credits scene, Wanda rips open the multiverse.
This is dangerous because we should remember what Mordo told Doctor Strange in the first Doctor Strange movie, “Temporal manipulations can create branches in time. Unstable dimensional openings!” This is where the spider-man theory comes in.
Once Wanda rips open the multiverse, by using that forbidden temporal manipulation, she creates one, two, three, hundreds even of those unstable dimensional openings. Considering the title of Spider-Man 3, No Way Home, we can assume Spider-Man falls through one of these openings. From here, Spider-Man falls into Tobey Maguire’s universe. Since Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock is confirmed for the film, SpiderMan will drop into Spider-Man 2. My guess is that our Tom Holland Spidey will drop into the train fight scene of SpiderMan 2 just because of how iconic it is. After that, our spidey pair drop into Andrew Garfield’s Amazing SpiderMan 2, on account of Jamie Foxx returning as Electro for No Way Home. My guess is it will be during the final fight from Amazing SpiderMan 2, because it too is iconic.
It all makes sense because I remember reading somewhere that WandaVision will break the multiverse, SpiderMan 3 will document the disastrous effects as a result, and then in the Doctor Strange sequel, it will be up to Stephen Strange to fix the multiverse and put it all back together.
