ICDR 1 [BIT.TRIP BEAT] - I can't juggle!
2First ever IneCast Design Review video! It went longer than I was planning, but it was fun! BIT.TRIP BEAT is a challenging paddle game with rhythm elements. The timing is very tight and well done, allowing for you to get into the flow of each stage as you practice. I love the music for this game so much! It adds a lot to the gameplay. The graphics are a little distracting, but they fade into the background after you acquire focus on the task at hand. There's not much of a story (at least, not within the time I played), but there's a vague sense of journeying through each stage, encountering obstacles and overcoming them, etc.
