In this episode, we finish Chapter 13 of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance - A Guiding Wind. We continue fighting against the ravens and mysterious pirates who have attacked the Apostle’s ship. We begin moving onto the enemy ship, and I get incredibly lucky with about 800 trillion critical hits. King Naesala orders his ravens to start looting the chests on both ships. King Tibarn of Phoenicis appears in the distance with his retainers Janaff and Ulki; they deliberate whether or not to join in the battle, but decide to stay out of it. When we finish the map, the Holy Guard realize that the Empress has gone missing. Ike and company are shocked when they find a young girl. She turns out to be the Apostle. Ike, Elincia, and the mercenaries are invited to the capital of Begnion to be the guests of the Apostle.
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (Fire Emblem 9/FE9) is a tactical RPG developed by Intelligent Systems (a division of Nintendo) for the Nintendo GameCube in 2005. It is the ninth entry in the Fire Emblem series, a beloved Tactical RPG series known for its engaging gameplay, interesting characters, and support conversations. Common themes in the game are racism, the circumstances of one’s birth, and the consequences of war. Path of Radiance is one of the most sought after and expensive GameCube games, and so not many Fire Emblem fans have been able to experience it. So I want to share the game with the world!
Path of Radiance tells the story of Ike, a young Mercenary who lives in the Kingdom of Crimea. When the neighboring nation of Daein invades Crimea, Ike and his mercenary company are forced to evacuate Crimea. When they encounter the lost princess of Crimea, Elincia, their lives change forever. What ensues is a journey of reclaiming their homeland, and confronting a deadly evil.
