Intel i9 9900K Release Date Shown by Roadmap ? | Z370 Support for i9 9000 Series CONFIRMED
We have a bunch from Intel today, as not only have we had a roadmap show up showing off not only the release window of the Intel i9 9900K Coffee Lake S refresh, but into on the 28 core Skylake X, a Basin Falls refresh and more. We also have confirmation from MSI, that yes, their Z370 motherboards WILL support the 9000 series. This is pretty awesome news, especially considering Intel's history with backwards compatibility.
We also have some new tech from Nvidia that uses raytracing, or RTX. This tech is called Adapative Temporal Antialising, and it makes some pretty big promises about what it can bring to the table for developers.
Finally, we have something from the mobile space with HiSilicon, owned by Huawei. Apparently, they are working on a Kirin 980 SOC, which is going to big strides in specs improvement from the previous generation, and will be seen in the latest Mate 20 flagship Android phones.
