Sulak are so much EASIER to play than Moltar ( -2 to +3 diplo modifier !) .. Killed Draguul and allied all the other AIs .. Draguul still managed to snipe off 2 of my ship leaders from cruisers .. (transporter module wastes to much space on big ships and competes with other important techs to be able to get it early ..)

Sulak have the most wacky evolutions perks thus far .. REFITTING SHIPS is how you step above impossible diff AIs at different crucial times in the game ( have 4-5 cruisers pre built ~turn 90 , refit to MIRV polaris WIN ! ..Later on (say turn 130) Refit a bunch to quantum MIRV .. you're cruising ) ..
Ship re-fitting is non negotiable in my book on the highest difficulty setting ...
