Nice to buy 4-5 techs in some turns .. Sadly this wasn't the map (too much favorable RNG) to really test this ... Got the polaris miniaturization 2 in good time - but only 2 cruisers ? On a tougher(RNG) map it might not have been enough ?

And their special abilities , very annoying in AI hands, next to useless for players .. (one carries diplo penalty, the other activated 2 turns before the final vote , this game managed to catch 1 spy Big whoop )
