My fastest impossible difficulty on large map with 1+6AI players win yet (T117) .

Biggest factor were 2 Minor Espionage Civs (+4 to interstellar diplomatic relations modifier ) ..
Monsters poop + Strategic Count double skyrocketing scaling once you get enough map to play with (and friendly neighbors to sell you strategics allow you to outpost their strategics and go collect more monsters ...) The evolution finisher is strong and by then I already had that nifty +4 relations and 2 allies so the -3 relations wasn't as scary ..

On some maps I suppose it can get wrong if hemmed in by hostile AIs ..
On others one can probably get by not researching military ships at all ? (I did get the 420 polaris miniaturization cruisers - built dirt cheap decoy empty hull cruisers and re-fitted later .. got the tech ~T105 so in a hostile situation probably too late .. But then again in a hostile situation I probably would've skipped a few extra techs and beelined polaris miniaturization 2 earlier )..
