IRTN Part 31 Bots and Belts
GOAL: Increase BOT production rates in the main base to reduce the
time needed to populate new subfactories, and provide BELT rates
to allow us to upgrade the main base, then build outposts, that
use the Express Transport Belts.
CONSTRAINT: this will live in the existing main base, which was
sized to produce 90/m science plus mall quantities of items, and
has some limited items scaled up to slightly increased scales.
PLAN: scale for one Assembler 3 making Logistic Robots, plus one
making Construction Robots; set the scale for Robot Frames to
allow both to run constantly, because it looks like the main base
does have sufficient raw material production to handle this.
As part of this, set the desired Module production rate in the
main base to 100 of each, which will be sufficient for "Pocket"
stock and future construction in the main base, given that we now
have an outpost turning out 15/m of each for the large base.
