0To be as UPS friendly as possible, I will use belt-fed designs over bot-fed designs where both are feasible. Additionally, I will be using Productivity 3 modules everywhere possible, and generally using 8-beacon layouts.
The result of this planning session is a blueprint for a single blue belt of smelting, which produces a full belt of ore from about 5/6ths of a belt of iron or copper ore. Brick and Steel can use the same layout, with reduced output rates based on their recipes.
