The Solar Field will need a basic solar panel layout that includes
accumulators, substations, power routing, and a way for construction
robots to place the whole field.

It will also need, from time to time, a rail station to request in
the parts to build more panel layouts, and at least one station in
the builder base to provide the materials to build the field.

A ratio of 100 solar panels to 84 accumulators is preferred to provide
a maximum available constant power supply. This provides a maximum of
6 MW of power, some of which is diverted to charging the accumulators
during the day so they can provide power at night.

The most compact layout would use 900 units for solar panels and 336
units for accumulators, which fits in a 36 unit square leaving space
for a robport, four substations, and 28 cells left over. Note that
this is also exactly the power coverage area for the substaitions, so
this blueprint precisely tiles.

With 100 panels placed, theoretical output of 600 MW (less accumulator
charging ... math incoming) is possible. Game update is about 85-95ms
with the solar panels present (test world runs at 5500 UPS).

Factorio Cheat Sheet has the useful solar power at 70% of panel max,
so each 36x36 area gives us about 4.2 MW of power; I will budget
for 4 MW of power per installation.
