1 cup Flour
1 cup Cornmeal
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 Eggs
1¼ tsp. Vanilla
Dash of Nutmeg

Combine all dry ingredients and stir. Add remaining ingredients, stir until smooth, and pan fry the batter over medium to medium-high heat until golden brown on each side. Serve with butter and syrup.
