Published by Sony themselves, this title was a launch title most likely produced to show off the 3D power of the Playstation much like Pilotwings for Nintendo consoles. Tech demo or not, this game was great. I remember playing the same level over and over again on the demo that came with my Playstation. I finally bought it and enjoyed the rest of the game. Stupidly I traded it in once, and then bought it again used some years ago.
I suppose this was the official first shot at 3D platforming. However Nintendo perfected that a year later with Mario 64. Even still this game is truly unique and should be bought on sight. Oh Sony you used to be so great.....what the hell happened?
