So to ensure everyone understands what is happening in this fight, I changed my bottom screen in the Config menu to always show the Overclock Tree. The main goal of this fight is to max out your Overclock with the Zero/One keyblade and unlock it's unique ability "Targeting Scope". Targeting Scope is by far the most overpowered keyblade ability in the game, it grants your keyblade; quite literally; infinite range. While the ability is active, any enemy you are either locked-on or auto-locked to will be hit by your basic keyblade swings regardless of how far away you are.

Roxas is quite annoying when you have to fight him normally. He has several attacks that look similar and not telegraphed very well, including a magic attack that isn't blockable. He also has a similar property as Riku where he gains super armor after a few hits except his happens after 2 hits instead of 3 so Combo Plus is a no go in this fight. Although unlike Riku, Roxas recovers from stagger much faster and it isn't nearly as obvious what he will do after. This is fight that took some trial and error to really figure out how to do.

You need to be absolutely sure you get to max before he uses his Desperation Move or else your probably screwed because all his attacks shoot light beams after his DM. He is scripted to DM 3 times and the third time it's a longer more powerful version. Your normally being chased by the light beams during this attack but you can easily run away from it by rolling around the edge but this doesn't work on the longer version because the beams are much larger. You can either try to roll with timing or be like me and just get lucky with my roll spam.

This is being played on the DeSmuME emulator. I don't have a DS/3DS capture card nor do I have the funds to get one. I am also using a high resolution 3D renderer at X3 setting to make the footage much cleaner.
