The party has succeeded in recovering the stolen Olympus Stone from Demyx and rescuing Meg from Pete. However, the Hydra is being a nuisance up in the Coliseum.

So, after preparing, the party heads up the stairs from the Underworld Entrance to the Coliseum Gates (time 1:14). Hercules is pretty dejected from the devastation the Hydra has caused.

After the scene, it is time for a fun boss battle against the bloodthirsty Hydra (time 2:39). It starts out with one head. Watch out for it to swipe its tail across the battlefield. It will also conjure lightning strikes and black entities from the ground. The first objective is to subdue its first head and then Vanquish it.

Afterwards, three heads will pop up out of the ground. Phil will want the party to get onto the Hydra's back and do the old Phil One-Two. Then, doing Urninator will stun the three Hydra heads. Valor Form will make short work of the heads. Each head needs to be Vanquished when it is out of HP.

When this is done, the Hydra will have about seven heads! Clear the area when the Hydra heads rear up to pound the ground. During this sequence, Sora can use Pegasus Run and then use the Attack reaction command continuously to damage the heads.

After the Hydra's HP is depleted, Sora has a short time to get up onto its back and finish it off for good with Vanquish.

At the end of the battle, Sora gains a bonus level, gaining a Max HP boost and a Thunder Element (time 7:08). He is now at Bonus Level 15. Donald gains an armor slot. Goofy gains a max HP boost.

A scene takes place after the battle (time 7:23). No more heads, eh, Hydra? But poor Hercules is not taking things well. As Sora goes to hand over the Olympus Stone, the Keyblade reacts to the stone, allowing him to seal Olympus Coliseum's first Keyhole.

When the scene is over, Sora obtains the Hero's Crest keychain (time 9:47). Not a bad one for aerial combos.

Then, we are treated to a scene with Maleficent and Pete from Pete's point of view on Hollow Bastion (time 10:14). Mal seems a bit miffed.

Afterwards, we see a not-so-pleasant scene with Queen Minnie, Chip, and Dale at Disney Castle (time 11:10). The castle seems to be in trouble! Sharp thorns, eh? Sounds like Maleficent's calling card...

As the party returns to the Gummi ship, the next world, Disney Castle, appears (time 12:16). It won't be all fun and games like the Magic Kingdom, though.

The party beams back down to the Coliseum Gates at Olympus Coliseum (time 12:47). Yes, that confounded Hades is the one responsible for this destruction. Phil is on standby out here, and he will allow Sora to undertake some more Phil's Training sessions.

After checking on the party's gains, Sora checks out the new Jiminy's Journal entries for Olympus Coliseum, including Secret Ansem Report 5 that Demyx had left behind (time 17:23).
