Some of you may remember a series I did back in 2013 called Cheapo Space Program. This is a variation on that same theme. Cosmonauts... err, convict cosmonauts... are on the Mun and their home countries don't have the means to bring them back quite yet. They can keep sending them supplies, but sending them home is just beyond the limits of their booster technology.
In this episode the Probule Federation attempts to send up a ship capable of returning their convict/cosmonaut to Kerbin, if and when they decide they want him back.
The previous description of this episode was incorrect, it was actually referring to the next episode. The next episode featuring the entry of the Murican Federation into our low-budget Space Race is uploading now, and this description changed to conform to its actual contents. ;)
