The CEV (Crew Exploration Vehicle, AKA the Space Bus) is a powered one kerbal vehicle meant to transport a crewmember around Minmus. The first CEV's mission is to visit the Flats of Minmus and inspect the failed Osprey probe, which hasn't been seen since the crew of the first CTV-4 to the Frontier station dropped off the probe.

Unfortunately the CEV's wheels failed to operate, stranding the machine.

The Vision rover finally finished its 10km journey to Frontier Ground base, and is inspected by the resident engineer.

A new MSL picks up the stranded pilot from the CEV wreck and drops him off at the orbital Frontier station.
