In Kerbal Space Program, with Real Solar System by Nathan Kell (Best mod for KSP), I've landed on Deimos with an unmanned probe. After a weird looking launch vehicle, I circularize a Martian orbit out past Deimos for a burn that puts me on trajectory. Deimosian orbit is acheived before a quick burn to speed up the lander's descent (Note that this is not realistic and is only done due to my laziness). Final burn slows descent, two harpoons fire. After one misfire, one harpoon sticks while the other fails and is detached to drift aimless around Deimos.
Nice view of Mars!

Ever wondered the delta-v to transfer from Haumea to Orcus in 100 years? It's there.
