In this second Episode of The Witcher Workout it’s time to focus on some Pull mechanics. When you’ve finally finished off a nice big monster it would be awful embarrassing if you cannot pull your sword back out from its chest or carry it’s decapitated head back to claim your bounty.
As always Joe puts Alex through his paces with an array of movements that focus on his upper body strength. He also sprinkles in some muscle stamina exercises because what good is all this strength if you cannot fight for more than 30 seconds before getting tired?
