I can't say much about Dragon Age, since this is my first time playing any of it. So what can I say about performance? Well, what I can say, I guess, is it's barely decent. The game is running on Frostbite 3 (AKA the same graphics engine in BF4) and should look next-gen, I suppose. But I think that's the thing that bugs me; it doesn't look any better than The Witcher 2 (comparisons to it can't be helped) -- actually, TW2 looks better, in my opinion -- and it even performs better than Inquisition with everything set to Ultra and most of the good stuff enabled. To make Inquisition more playable, you can further lower the Mesh Quality, Effects Quality, Vegetation Quality, Tessellation Quality, and disable MSAA. And if that isn't enough perhaps you can set the resolution scale to 90%.

Maximum Operating Temperatures (1 hour of gaming):
CPU - 86 to 89 °C
GPU - 84 °C
