Hey Everyone, we are chatting with Les Davis at the WA Van State Titles 2022 about his 1974 HQ Holden Sandman that is fully Original and Numbers Matching. This Van under went a Full Nut and Bolt restoration in 2019 by Munster Muscle Cars in Perth WA. The HQ Sandman has a brilliant colour in Monterey Green with white stripes and decals, that is perfectly matched by the Black Interior Trim. The Sandman has a V8 253 Engine with 4 speed M20 gearbox and 3:36 Limited Slip Diff that came out of the GM Holden Elizabeth Plant, Adelaide.

Les has owned the HQ Sandman now for 8 months after purchasing it from a collector in Sydney NSW. Since he has purchased it, he has put about 2000kms on the clock which he states, "Its a Sunday Driver for sure". He is going to join the West Coast Vanners for future events and getting out more with this great Australian iconic Panel Van.

Les win Top Original Van Trophy and was part of the Ten Top Trophy winners as well at the WA Van State Title 2022. He definitely looking forward to doing this again.
