Evolving is easy. Red and Blue (dark Fluro) in the top chutes. Use Switch Fluros on the Glow and Lava. You can use either a Drinker Fluro or Seeds to get the two to mix.
But, wait with the glow goo, or the gas kills the Dark Fluro too soon! Once the pressure is on and all is set, get into the circle for victory.

And you become... a protoplasm man woman thing.

The Fluro Drone:
This big guy cannot be killed by regular means. He's big, strong, made of lava nad such. There is no water supply, so you're fresh out of luck when it comes to cooling him. He can regenerate his Seed, meaning there's little to no way to injure him.
Instead, you get Glow Goo and a clear view of the Hive Mind.
So, what can you do? Well, you can jam the cogs. There are four Fluro, 3 dark, 1 light, controlling the big boy. The light controls movement and combat, the dark lava flow and dissolving him into the pipes.
There are switches left and right. The left can only be activated by keeping the Light Fluro on the left most switch. This is done by using Glow Goo so the Light Fluro won't move around.
As for the right switch, you need to force the Drone down a pipe. Simply scare the Dark Fluro onto the dissolve switch and he'll go down.

With both switches down, the Hive Mind unlocks. Mess around with the mechanics to open the switch to the big digging saw below. Move him onto the grating, press Dissolve and you're done!
