Ah, Kanadia. The land of cold and Maples. (so it doesn't resemble Canada at all). That said, this class is about blocking. It's a defensive wizardly skill, perfect for those too lazy to actually put on a warm jersey and prefer 'resistances' over decent training.
It's decent and not too powerful, but it does get a bit excessive in some corners of the field.

Want some light in your life? Prefer being magical over being... corporal? You know, becoming magic instead of having to be made of flesh all the time?
This skill is a tad on the strong side, though I can see the passive debuffs cutting into the class later on.

Magic? Who needs magic when you have LASERS. Or Lazers. Or Lazors. Or Masers... or Lasiks... or even MORE lasers? :D
This class is... OP. Too little cooldown, too much magic! Actually, most of these spells will eat your magic alive like little mana gnomes. But, it's perfect for any warrior without a plan!

This skillset is... very ouch. If you like total annihilation, go nuts. Otherwise, maybe Go Rogue and try your luck.
