Let's Play Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex - Part 8: Where's the Fire?
1We continue through warp room 3 and somehow encounter even less fire than we did last time. What's up with that? Four-fifths of the way through the warp room and its theme has barely even been represented. Level 13, Smokey and the Bandicoot, is a race level (oh goody...) where you have to pilot a Jeep with horrendous controls, and naturally, do the level twice because it's nigh impossible to get both the crystal and gem in one run, so that's fun. Level 14, Eskimo Roll, is without a doubt the least fitting for its element of any level that we've seen yet. It takes place in the snow and ice because...reasons. Also, it's the second Atlasphere level, and it's MUCH trickier than the first, especially when going for completion. There are a lot of boxes in this one that are in very awkward locations, and I actually died even more times in this level than I did in the blue gem area (18, which is the most of any level so far even counting secret paths).
