We may have figured out what’s going on in Panama City, but that’s not going to help anyone if we can’t spread the word to people with the power to do something about it. Few people are going to listen to Ben – not to mention him trying to draw attention to what’s going on would bring the gaze of the Illuminati and the Tyrants on him – and the head doctor at the LIMB clinic has her own problems which would make going public about this information difficult. What we need is someone in the ideal position to present the truth of goings on here to those who can make a difference.

Fortunately the narrative is going to be very convenient in that regard, though not so much so that we won’t need to work to get what we want done. There’s still a few more areas in the game we haven’t yet explored and it’s those places where the rest of the story will unfold. So far the challenges put before us have been relatively minor; foes have been easy to dispatch with takedowns and our pistol, NPCs have been easy to talk to and the locations straightforward and simple to navigate. As we start approaching the endgame however that’s all going to change, with tougher foes and more risk placed before us and our objectives. If we’re able to overcome said obstacles remains to be seen, but for the sake of those at risk in Panama City I sure hope so.
