4Time for another worst fight in the game scenario. With the patch, this is a huge sudden jump in difficulty compared to the last few fights we did.
This fight tends to suck even for the original game. The patch did not really change anything with Elmdor except giving him even more powerful Draw Out abilities. Elmdor has Teleport 2 and Blade Grasp. This makes it so he can go anywhere, anytime and do point blank area attacks with the strongest Samurai attack in the game which does anywhere from 400-500 damage. Due to the patch nerfing Holy Sword abilities with the ability to miss, the only thing that can reliably hit Elmdor is magic which is not this party's forte. Furthermore, the Draw Out skill despite it being Magic still hurts Worker 8. As if there were not enough things against this group already.
In the original game, this fight is not too bad if you are using Holy Sword skills and some magic. Just blitz Elmdor down to critical and the battle ends. But, this is the ONLY fight in the game where you can get the Muramasa and Genji equipment. Taking the time to steal everything is a huge pain but it is some of the best gear in the game. With the patch, stealing his stuff is practically impossible due to him constantly spamming 400 damage area effect abilities.
