With World 1, Pleasant Plains, finished, we now move on to World 2, Parched Plateau. This, of course, is the desert world, full of sandy plains and rocky ruins. 2-1, or Parched Plateau 1, is a basic desert level with Venus Fire Traps, various Koopas, and the game's first secret exit, while 2-2 (Parched Plateau 2) is set at nighttime and involves a lot of blocks that either shatter to reveal enemies or jump at you. 2-3/Parched Plateau 3 is higher above the ground, with platforms supported by stone pillars and the like. And that's it, really. These levels are pretty straightforward, and I only did three of them in this episode anyway.
