The fourth stage in the lineup is Chill Man, who resides in a frozen wasteland, as one does. According to the soundtrack, it's an iceberg. There are snowmen, rocket eggs, a returning enemy from all the way back in Mega Man 1, and lots and LOTS of ice. Chill Man's boss battle involves him trying to either freeze you, make you step on icicles, or run you over, most commonly the third. And his weapon certainly serves him a lot better than it does Mega Man; the Chill Spike shoots a blob of ice that turns into spikes on surfaces, just like his, but it is of very limited worth outside a couple specific situations. We'll get a decent special weapon eventually. Since this is our fourth stage, we also get the Rush Jet, which is as useful as ever, along with an update on the progress of Dr. Light's medical science.
