Now that we've explored Birth Valley and discovered what we need to do to save the planet, you'd think that we'd have some sense of urgency to get on with rescuing Demi from the clutches of Zio and then go and shut down the facility generating energy for all the others. Fortunately for us, there's no hard time limit on anything that we need to do - at least so far - which means that we can explore Alys and Chaz's town of residence. We've already taken a look at one of the nearby settlements and the reason that half of it is destroyed, the so-called wreckage. Since it's full of future tech like the bio-plant was, I'm going to give it a wide birth while we explore the place Alys and Chaz call home, Aiedo.

The largest settlement we've encountered so far, Aeido is full of NPCs that we can talk to, shops that we likely can't afford and everything else in between. There's also the Hunters's Guild, which houses the administration for the organisation that Alys and Chaz are members of. It's there that we can take on a variety of side missions for fun and profit. okay, it's mainly for profit but I'm sure Alys loves her job so there's fun involved too. If we're high enough level to take on these side missions is another matter, but checking there every now and again can't be a bad thing.

This video is predominantly exploration of Aiedo and as such, there's no combat to be had - at least I hope there's no combat to be had, as Alys seems to be both well liked and respected here. In fact, here we're learning about all the nice things she does for others, things that further flesh out her character and make us realise that she's even more awesome than we initially thought. One things for sure, there's nobody quite as awesome in our party as Alys.
