As we move further away from the halfway point of the level, the challenges slowly get even more devious. They also start adding things that are entirely unneeded to solve the puzzle, red herrings that serve only to make yourself fail by trying to use them. This won't last forever, as eventually so much of the levels will be full of enemies and things you need to use or move to get to them that there won't be any empty space left for a useless rock or some dirt you never need to walk on or balance anything upon. There'll also likely be less ladders for Catboy and Catgirl, as they're static and are spaces that could contain boulders or monsters.

Still, as we start to figure out what we do and don't need in levels we'll also be able to better figure out just what we need to do to complete a level in quicker time. Granted this will be countered by the levels getting even harder but at least the two cancel one another out so that my progress won't at least slow.

This video was recorded as part of a long recording session where I did two weeks of recording for this game in preparation for attending a funeral. As such, advise given cannot be acted upon until video 12.
