I would have saved the Master Ball for the roaming legendary, but I think I will be able to catch the roaming legendary with a Mean Look Gengar, considering that trading is possible on GBA emulators.

I tried to catch Mewtwo with Ultra Balls about 10 times and failed, due to Mewtwo sweeping my entire team.
