Let’s Play Portal 2 #17: Doom Piled Atop of Doom-Laden Doom

There’s something that GlaDOS isn’t telling us and it concerns the predicament that Wheatley is in right now. The bumbling AI is throwing us into test after test, crudely cobbling them together from bits of tests he’s found lying around all in the hopes of the rush he gets from watching us succeed. That feeling is quickly dampening, however, replaced with confusion and frustration that is sure to be thrown our way before long.
While the laboratory is on the verge of exploding due to Wheatley’s neglect, that won’t matter if the AI kills us before then. Another Sword of Damocles now hangs over our head, a far more erratic one that we have to keep our eye on far more than the first. I’d like to say that we have have a way to get away from Wheatley, wrest control of the facility from him and put GlaDOS back in charge – a thought that is almost as foolish as leaving Wheatley at the helm – but no opportunities have presented themselves. What’s even more worrying is that we’re not the only ones scheming, though we are the only ones doing so subtly.
