70We've almost done with the main area of the underground river, but there's still a surprisingly large amount of smaller locations that we've yet to discover, all of which are on the other side of the river. We were warned of sahuagin in that direction, but they're surprisingly easy to bypass without a fight provided you humour them. The same can't be said for the rest of the hostile creatures beyond them.
The good news is that most of the remaining encounters are in isolated areas that require going through a screen transition. This allows you to rest and prepare fully for the battles ahead, not that you'll really need to if you've made it this far.
