More often than not when cleansing a shrine, the sigil has been the final thing we’ve got stuck on. Whether it’s trying to persuade an NPC to hand it over, finding it after it got lost many years before or wresting it from the clutches of nefarious people who may or may not be in league with the Guardian, it’s the thing we’ve often ended up getting last. This shrine is no exception, though there’s the added complication that we need to help the people of Trinsic to remember that honour is something that comes from the self.

Getting the people of the city to remember their honour will be an uphill struggle, for most of them have long been corrupted by the column’s influence. There is one, however, who still desperately tries to cling to honour, one who has been at odds with his beliefs ever since the chalice was lost. This person could be the key to restoring the memory of the honour but first we must help him overcome his doubt and see that he is still capable of virtue, chalice or no.
