Building content for VR presents a new set of challenges for developers, and it's critical that content creation pipelines evolve to meet the demands of new platforms. With Unreal Engine 4 we've heavily invested in visual programming via our Blueprints feature to allow for rapid iterations so that developers are able to quickly learn what works and what doesn't, which is critical when it comes to VR. In this talk I'll show how visual programming has empowered our artists to build content for VR without the need of programmers and also share what lessons we've learned with our VR development experiences.
