Aster Protoflorian is the reason why I have the Knight of Etro ability setup listed below. Once you do enough damage you don't know which one you'll need, so I just leave it at that and keep it simple. I probably could've staggered it a second time while it was downed from the first stagger with physical attacks (Beat Down from Equilibrium+ would have done well) but it wasn't needed.

If it Exoproofs Wind, it's vulnerable to Thunder stagger
If it Exoproofs Fire, it's vulnerable to Ice stagger, etc.
