Typically the 'easier' of the Eater-types, although some find the Earth Eater easier. Very similar strategy, spamming Aerora to get the first stagger. Poorly timed backflip there - sometimes you can backflip out of a melee attack like an evade.

Stabbed it twice with Beat Down to get the 2nd stagger and the Deprotect debuff, making Artemis Arrows even more god-tier. Once again, going for a 2nd stagger is worth it just so you know you have plenty of ATB on Soldier of Peace.
