Zomok always opens with Storm Front so be ready to block from the outset. Chop the tail if you want more spells to drop. Basically the same strat as Zaltys - Thundara till stagger, stab it's head for more stagger and more damage. Evade helps to make the most of stagger time if you are trying to reach the tail, if you can get the dodge direction right.
